The Anaplan Solutions Architect ’s primary responsibility includes designing solutions for our clients in Anaplan and other technologies, from front end to backend. The right candidate will have deep expertise in model building and can deliver results for complex problems across different industries.

Responsibilities of the Solutions Architect include:

1. Formulate and develop implementation strategies for identifying business requirements, process design, and sustainable solutions for our clients.
2. Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations, including activities around data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
3. Identify gaps in requirements, testing, or communication issues in client delivery.
4. Provide technical instruction by actively mentoring team members to improve delivery of solutions.
5. Serve as the software subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle.
6. Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements, design documentation, solution design, and system configurations to support the desired future state.
7. Assist with determining project priorities, scope, timelines, goals, and milestones.
8. Communicate effectively both in writing and orally at all levels—managerial, technical, and user.

Required Qualifications:

1. Background in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, analytics, or business intelligence.
2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, IBM TM1/Cognos, Tableau, or similar technologies.
3. Experience working in project teams using structured methodologies for requirements gathering, data conversions, and system interfaces.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Organizational and prioritization skills.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Consolidation/Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning.
2. Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile.
3. Knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL, PartiQL, or SAS.
4. Experience in business development, RFP contributions, and client demos.
5. Ability to work independently on small or parts of larger projects.
6. Familiarity with Sales Performance Management solutions.
7. Experience with ETL tools like Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator.
8. Anaplan Certification (e.g., Master Anaplanner or Solution Architect).
9. Master’s degree in relevant fields is a plus.
