We are seeking an Associate Wealth Planner to join our team! This position will play a vital role in supporting Wealth Advisors (WAs) by providing administrative, financial, technical, and organizational services. You work in a client‐focused, team‐centered environment assisting the advisory team in servicing the needs of the firm’s clients. You must be organized, have outstanding attention to detail, excellent computer proficiency, and great communication skills. You will regularly interface with clients and prospective clients, working to anticipate their needs, resolve their problems, and provide exceptional service. As an Associate Wealth Planner, your deep understanding of firm policies, procedures, and technology, enables you to support financial advisors in their daily business practices (e.g., client meetings, on‐boarding new clients, marketing, funds transfers, etc.). From maintaining back‐office efficiencies to driving firm initiatives, you work to ensure the client experience is second to none.

Responsibilities

• Basic level knowledge of financial planning, investment, and client relationship skills
• Seeks to learn and develop skills
• Researches, inputs data and prepares financial projections and investment analysis
• Supports team to ensure client experience exceeds expectations
• Working to develop the essential communication, technical and social skills to support the client relationships
• Works under close supervision and guidance with narrowly defined limits of authority
• Attends networking events and begins to build relationships in the community

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Working towards obtaining CFP credentials preferred.
• 0-3 years experience
