Job Description

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide essential support to individuals and their families by coordinating and delivering services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role encompasses functional analyses, assessments, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, as well as enhancing adaptive life skills. 5. Do you have Supervision & Training: Providing oversight and guidance to RBTs and other staff while ensuring proper training on behavior intervention strategies.

6. Do you have Regulatory Knowledge : Understanding of HIPAA laws, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards to ensure compliance.

7. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
