Adecco Staffing is seeking dependable **General Laborers** for a **very short-term assignment (1-2 weeks)** at a job site in **Visalia, CA** . This role pays **$20-$25 per hour** , depending on experience and certifications. Ideal candidates are **OSHA 10 and CPR certified** , physically fit, and safety-conscious, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. **Responsibilities** + Load, unload, and move materials and equipment manually or with basic material-handling tools + Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and obstructions + Assist skilled tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers + Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision + Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations + Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and site upkeep tasks + Dig trenches, compact soil, mix and pour concrete as needed + Erect and dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding and barricades + Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area + Perform additional duties as assigned **Work Environment** + Work performed both outdoors and indoors + Exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions + Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is mandatory **Qualifications** + OSHA 10 Certification (Required) + CPR Certification (Required) + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods + Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented + Prior construction or general labor experience preferred **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
