Role Overview

We’re looking for a Contract Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of complex agreements in the oil and gas sector. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and drive contracting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts (e.g., Master Service Agreements, general terms, amendments, order forms, tenders).
  • Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and risk guidelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on all contract matters.
  • Lead contract negotiations, proactively addressing legal and commercial risks.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of contract management processes.
  • Oversee contract tracking, reporting, and document management systems.
  • Research trends and changes in relevant laws, regulations, and procurement practices.
  • Prioritize multiple contract workflows in a fast-paced environment, delivering timely, risk-aware guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law, Business, or Engineering).
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management or legal/commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in contract review and risk assessment.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across departments.
  • Comfortable advising on contracts under time constraints with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal or engineering-related industries.
  • Exposure to contract processes in oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Track record of supporting internal teams with high-quality service and problem-solving.
