Job Description

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer service experience.
  • Ensure customer interactions align with company standards and policies.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer interactions to improve service processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift.
