Job Title : Entry level social media brand ambassador (Personal Injury services and solutions)
(1-day commute required); remote opportunities available in other metro areas
Employment Type : Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation : 100% Commission based (up to $1,000 per lead)
Position Summary:
We’re seeking for highly motivated and independent individuals to join our team as Personal Injury Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and referring accident-related leads by networking both online and in person. You will help individuals who have been in auto accidents connect with trusted medical and legal professionals. This is a high-earning potential opportunity ideal for selfstarters with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote the brand through social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and street outreach.
• Identify and engage with individuals involved in auto accidents.
• Qualify leads using company-provided training criteria.
• Submit qualified leads through the company’s digital intake system.
• Follow up with contacts to ensure they receive the necessary services.
• Participate in weekly Zoom training sessions and utilize internal tools for lead tracking and performance management.
Compensation & Growth
• Tiered commission structure with earnings up to $1,000 per qualified lead.
• Top performers earn between $5,000–$12,000/month.
• Performance bonuses and opportunities for promotion to Team Lead or Closer roles.
Tools & Support Provided
• Digital lead tracking system and CRM
• Weekly Zoom calls and recorded training sessions
• Notion dashboard for training and performance management
• Marketing materials including templates and content guides
• Support from internal closers and legal/medical staff
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong presence on social media (2,500+ followers preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and goal-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Experience in sales, brand ambassadorship, or 1099 roles is a plus
• No formal education or certifications required
Requirements & Restrictions:
• Must not have worked for an attorney referral office
• No felony convictions (misdemeanors and probation are acceptable)
• Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basi
