• Coordinate interview processes and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Ensure positive experiences for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Proven experience in recruitment or a strong understanding of the hiring process.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms preferred.
