What You’ll Bring To The Table

A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing… you get the idea)

Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant

A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)

Passion for leadership and team development

The ability to deliver a great guest experience

Previous restaurant experience

Ability to jump in and assist where needed

The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $57,000.00–$81,000.00. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
