Job Description
Create strong, creative, effective graphic design for Paycom.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create strong branded design work from initial idea to final production. (print and digital advertisements, flyers, invitations, brochures, magazines, white papers, e-mails, fillable PDF forms, PowerPoint templates, webinars, Word docs, direct mail, posters signage, video graphics, website pages, newsletters, journals, corporate reports and other miscellaneous collateral materials).
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of design trends
- Solve design problems proactively with patience and intelligence
- Works closely with copywriters and other peers to produce final designs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- *Qualifications**
- *Education/Certification:**
+ **Bachelor's degree in Design, Art or another related field**
**OR**
+ **Equivalent years of experience in graphic design**
**Experience:**
- **Proficiency in Adobe design software**
- **Portfolio required with application.**
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Experience:**
- **2+ years of graphic design experience**
- **Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software**
**Skills/Abilities:**
- **Strong design and problem-solving skills**
- **Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite**
- **Detail oriented**
- **Excellent communication skills**
- **Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines**
- **Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.**
- **Must be customer focused**
- **Creative**
- **Flexible**
