QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Project Manager must be a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a minimum of five years PMP experience leading IV&V projects of comparable size and complexity.
• Experience with IV&V methodologies and industry-standard best practices in project management and system development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to present to multiple levels of project and agency leadership, including government executives.
• At least 5 years of experience in:
• Managing large-scale IT projects in state government environments.
• Performing IV&V activities on large-scale IT projects within state governments.
• Applying Systems Development and IV&V methodologies and best practices.
• Providing independent, objective third-party reviews to protect the states interests.
• Conducting IV&V evaluations and assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reviewing artifacts and deliverables to assess project management and systems development effectiveness.
• Experience with risk and issue analysis and management following industry standards.
• Guidance and training in project management and systems development best practices.
• Knowledge of quality principles and techniques in project execution.

Note: For H-1B and OPT cases, candidates from recognized organizations are preferred.
