Job Description

Our client is seeking a Business Immigration Associate Attorney to join a great firm supporting a high-volume, fast-paced client . The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience handling complex business immigration matters and will be comfortable working with a high level of autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of employment-based immigration cases with sophisticated clients in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file a variety of employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions , including but not limited to:
  • L-1A/L-1B, H-1B, TN, E-3, O-1
  • PERM labor certifications
  • EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW , and adjustment of status applications
  • Provide strategic legal advice to corporate clients on U.S. immigration law and compliance
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memos, petitions, and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure accurate and timely filings
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deadlines
  • Stay current on immigration regulations, trends, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
  • 3–5 years of business immigration experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong background in PERM, L-1, H-1B, and EB-1/EB-2 immigrant petitions
  • Experience with case management systems (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix, or similar)
  • Excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with corporate clients in industries such as tech, finance, or consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large caseloads and mentor junior attorneys or paralegals
