Overview As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working within a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team. This role offers exposure to a variety of brand and communications projects that support overall marketing goals. It's an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills and contribute to meaningful initiatives in a real-world setting.
Responsibilities - Support the marketing team in executing key brand initiatives, with a strong focus on the development and production of print marketing collateral and other promotional materials. Assist in coordinating design, copywriting, and approval processes to ensure all print materials align with brand guidelines and project deadlines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including design, medical, and ops-to gather necessary content and maintain consistent messaging across all printed assets.
- Help manage and contribute to website projects by assisting with content updates, coordinating with web developers, and performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams to streamline project workflows and support timely delivery of marketing materials. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance marketing campaigns and brand presence.
Qualifications - High School Degree Required
- Previous internship experience in digital product management or agile development is a plus
- Familiarity with agile project management tools like Monday.com is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in branding and print marketing materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of website content management and digital marketing concepts preferred
