Position: Mortgage Loan Originator

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Norman, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Evaluate and process mortgage loan applications



• Close mortgage loans efficiently and accurately



• Provide excellent customer service to clients



• Build and maintain strong client relationships



• Ensure compliance with mortgage industry regulations



• Utilize mortgage origination software effectively



• Conduct financial analysis for loan applications



• Negotiate loan terms with clients

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field



• Experience in mortgage lending or financial services



• Strong knowledge of loan products and regulations



• Proficiency with mortgage origination software



• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish



• High level of attention to detail



• Strong organizational skills



• Ability to work independently



• Experience managing a diverse workload
