Responsibilities Translate Figma designs into animated product visuals that clearly show functionality and flow Craft motion graphics, transitions, and subtle animations that align with our modern brand aesthetic Design short-form, high-impact animations for use across web, social, and client presentations Collaborate with the design, product, and marketing teams to define motion direction and visual storytelling Incorporate voiceover, sound, or music (as needed) to create cohesive and engaging experiences Ensure output is optimized, on-brand, and adaptable for multiple formats and platforms Qualifications 5+ years of video editing and motion design experience, preferably in SaaS or product-centric environments Strong skills in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software Ability to transform static mockups into smooth, modern animations Solid understanding of pacing, transitions, and visual hierarchy Comfort working independently and delivering high-quality drafts quickly Experience handling voiceover (sourcing, editing, or recording simple scripts) is required Why Monstro?
