Job title: Facilities Coordinator 1

Location: Irvine California 92618

Pay Range : $18 to $19.31/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring all requests are tracked and resolved promptly.
• Regularly communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, schedule services, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Coordinating facilities-related work to minimize disruption and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
• Handle scheduling and ensure that all vendors and internal teams are aligned for timely project completion.
• With a strong computer background, efficiently use work order systems, email, spreadsheets, and other tools to manage and document operations.
• Work the first shift, typically from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and follow a business casual dress code.

Must Have

• 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Basic understanding of customer service principles
