Home / Careers / Paid Search Specialist | Google Ads Specialist (Hybrid / Arizona) Paid Search Specialist | Google Ads Specialist (Hybrid / Arizona) Status: Full Time Synopsis: An Ecreativeworks Paid Search Specialist is responsible for the management and optimization of Google Ads accounts for current and future clients. This person should be able to effectively communicate the overall strategy of campaigns to a client and then be able to implement it efficiently and effectively. This role will work with other in-house team members by suggesting opportunities to optimize ROI, Conversions, and/or engagement on the client’s website. Location: Arizona (Remote to Hybrid) We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a variety of clients. This position is based in Arizona and will begin as remote , with the potential to transition into a hybrid work arrangement. This role is also responsible for developing client specific strategies, tracking monthly progress, preparing monthly reports, and presenting those reports to the client. It is anticipated that the core role will remain consistent; however, additional responsibilities and/or activities may be added as the role progresses and is refined. Core Responsibilities Client-facing relationship management, including campaign reporting, performance reviews, and education around Paid Search strategy, tactics, and opportunities Management and tracking of internal and external correspondence Tracking budget pacing and expenses Keyword Research, expansion, and optimization Designing and implementing a coherent keyword strategy Developing Ads and writing effective Ad Copy Competitor analysis Monthly Reports for all clients Secondary Responsibilities Advising team members with insights learned from Paid Search strategies Advising team members with landing page optimization ideas Sharing and Contributing to internal teams’ best practices, new trends, and interesting experiences relevant to our clients. Assisting in development of internal documentation and procedures Required Skills Include 1-3 Years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads Certified) Well-versed in analytics (Google Analytics Certified) Familiarity with A/B and Multi-variate testing Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices regarding bid management, keyword strategies, etc. Knowledge of Microsoft Ads is a plus Knowledge of or willingness to learn third-party tracking software (e.g., WhatConverts) Ability to manage workload independently in a remote or hybrid work setup Posted Date: June 3, 2025 Status: Full Time Synopsis: An Ecreativeworks Paid Search Specialist is responsible for the management and optimization of Google Ads accounts for current and future clients.
