As a financial planning associate, you are at the core of what we do – helping people achieve their dreams through good financial advice and accountability. You will learn about each client’s unique needs and communicate our best advice to them. Financial planning is complex problem solving with the client in mind. What will you do?

  • Participate in meetings
  • Identify and help carry out follow up tasks and planning items from meetings
  • Work with others to complete financial plans for clients
  • Keep clients updated and informed of progress on tasks and goals

Who are you?

  • You love serving clients but do not want to lead the meeting
  • You’re a financial planning nerd and love picking out new details
  • You’re keen to learn – new questions arise every day and you love to find the answers
  • You close the loop - questions get answered and documents delivered
  • You speak up with either questions or answers when can contribute
  • You either have your CFP or have it within sight, have or will pass the Series 65 exam

Who are we?

New Perspectives delivers exceptional financial planning for 400 client households. We love our clients and exploring ways to better serve them together. We manage investment portfolios and dive deep into client’s financial lives to grow their wealth and give them the confidence they need in their financial situation.

We support your professional growth through earning relevant certifications, maintaining them through continuing education and feeding your curiosity through conferences and industry events. Internally we have regular team building lunches, formal and informal internal development collaboration. Benefits include a 401(k) with match, annual bonus, employer paid health insurance and at least 32 days of paid leave/vacation/office closures.
