Our Professional Services team plays a vital role in delivering technical expertise, customer insight, and hands-on support that drive customer success and business growth. We are a close-knit, highly collaborative team that bridges product innovation with real-world deployment, working directly with customers to solve complex challenges and delivering tailored solutions. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical challenges, business needs, and testing requirements—translating these insights into actionable service engagements, statements of work, and value-driven proposals. Lead the delivery of service engagements, including data collection, analysis, and the development of actionable insights to ensure measurable value and customer impact. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to define Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with customer goals and Spirent’s solution capabilities. Build strong, trust-based relationships across Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) accounts, supporting both new business development and the expansion of key existing opportunities. Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to ensure alignment of technical strategy, customer priorities, and delivery resources. Contribute to customer-facing business plans for selected solutions and technologies, supporting long-term growth and account development. Spend time onsite or in virtual sessions with customers delivering training, solution walkthroughs, and hands-on deployment support. Occasionally assist in triaging and resolving technical issues, working with the support team to ensure smooth transitions between services and support when needed. Monitor and report on market dynamics, including technology trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Identify opportunities to structure and streamline service delivery activities, enabling repeatable, lower-effort execution in future engagements. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited university; or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across both internal teams and customer organizations. Demonstrated ability to manage or contribute to complex technical relationships, with a professional presence in customer-facing environments. A solid understanding of the test and measurement industry, or a willingness to quickly ramp up in this domain. The ability to draft Statements of Work (SoWs) in collaboration with sales, engineering, and customer teams, clearly outlining project scope, deliverables, and timelines. Comfortable in delivering training and technical presentations to both internal and external audiences, clearly articulating the value and benefits of Spirent’s solutions. The ability to work independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams across regions and time zones. Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and customer expectations. A willingness to travel domestically (~15%) and internationally (at least once per year) to support customer engagements and team activities. Knowledge of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) position, navigation, and timing concepts, including constellations and segments, navigation data, orbital parameters of space vehicles, and GNSS reception challenges, is desirable. Simulation experience is a plus. Experience working on multi-band GNSS chips or post-processing is desirable. Knowledge of MEMS sensors is nice to have. GNSS background with involvement in GNSS \ PNT technologies and signals · Aerospace, Automotive, or semiconductor market experience is a plus.
