The Property / Facilities Manager oversees the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all campus buildings and grounds, coordinating services such as housekeeping, maintenance, and contractor work. They manage capital improvement projects, prepare budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and develop preventative maintenance and emergency preparedness plans. The role requires strong problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership skills, along with experience in facility management and supervision.

We’re looking for a Property / Facilities Manager  to join our team!

 

As a Property / Facilities Manager you’ll oversee the maintenance of all buildings, grounds, utilities, electrical, mechanical and equipment. You will direct all services with maintenance, housekeeping and laundry as well as contractors. You will manage all campus capital improvement projects.

What YOU’LL Do:

  • Prepare and make recommendations for annual budget and planning of maintenance for all of campus.
  • Responsible for planning any new or current renovation/buildings to facilities. Coordinates construction and assures compliance with specifications.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of work of members and contractors/vendors to ensure an environment which is healthy. complies with regulatory requirements and secure.
  • Collaborate with outside contractors for repair and maintenance of all campus facilities. Maintaining files / records of services along with regulatory compliance agency plans of correction.
  • Update and create preventative maintenance programs, checklist and Emergency Preparedness planning documentation.


SCHEDULE:  Salaried, 40 hrs wk, OnCall to support maintenance needs for the facility.

What YOU’LL Need:

  • A passion to help others
  • Minimum of three year’s experience in maintenance work, previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Associate’s Degree in facility management or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions. 
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
