Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Mission Critical Hiring Managers to pinpoint staffing needs and develop forward-thinking recruitment strategies that are laser-focused on attracting Electrical Construction and Data Center professionals.
- Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation: Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates for roles across the construction and industrial sectors, ensuring technical, craft, and functional expertise.
- Volume Recruitment: Manage high-volume recruitment initiatives while maintaining high standards in candidate quality and process integrity.
Job Postings and Recruitment Marketing
- Engaging Job Descriptions: Craft compelling, industry-specific job descriptions that reflect the nuances of electrical construction and data center roles.
- Strategic Distribution: Deploy job openings across major job boards, social media, and niche construction industry platforms with strict guidelines to ensure candidate authenticity.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time candidate data in the ATS with additional verification steps to limit fraudulent applications.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Personalized Engagement: Build and nurture strong candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and secure recruitment process that minimizes opportunities for deceit.
- Timely Communication: Provide clear, honest, and prompt feedback to candidates to keep them informed and engaged throughout the interview lifecycle.
Interview and Hiring Process Coordination
- Efficient Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, transparently verifying candidate credentials to uphold a secure hiring process.
- Supportive Materials: Prepare comprehensive interview kits that highlight the technical specifics relevant to Electrical Construction and Data Center roles.
Employer Branding and Networking
- Industry Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Loenbro at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions, particularly focusing on the construction and electrical sectors to draw in top-tier talent.
- Proactive Outreach: Use your network to reinforce our reputation as an employer of choice in markets demanding strict candidate vetting and high professional integrity.
Onboarding Support
- Seamless Integration: Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process with rigorous verification protocols that confirm candidate competency and fit.
- Orientation Coordination: Facilitate new employee orientation sessions, reinforcing our commitment to a secure and transparent integration experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on the Electrical Construction industry. Proven results hiring Electricians, Foremen, Superintendents, EH&S, QA/QC, and Project Leadership (Project Engineers to Project Managers).
- Specialized Background: Proven experience in recruiting for Electrical Construction and Mission Critical Data Center roles is preferred, ensuring a direct understanding of these specialized markets.
- High-Volume Capability: Demonstrated success in managing high-volume recruitment workloads while maintaining quality and security in the evaluation process.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust from both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, consistently adapting recruitment strategies to meet shifting industry needs.
- Bonus: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset.
- Location: Must be based in the Dallas area or willing to relocate (no relocation assistance provided).
