Remote Licensed Medicare Sales Agent - Work From Home | $18-$20/hr + Commission PeopleShare is currently hiring
Licensed Medicare Sales Agents to support our client during an exciting period of rapid growth! This is a
fully remote, work-from-home opportunity with all computer equipment provided. If you're a motivated, energetic professional with Medicare Advantage and D-SNP sales experience, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview: - Pay: $18-$20/hr based on experience
- Commission: $50 per issued policy
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:45 AM - 11:00 PM EST (must be flexible within this window)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Setup: 100% remote; equipment provided
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to sell health insurance plans for a single carrier
- Educate customers on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, PDP, and related health products
- Deliver excellent customer service while guiding clients through policy selection and application
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and enrollment processes
- Comply with privacy standards in a secure, distraction-free home office
Qualifications: - Active health insurance license required
- Minimum 6 months experience in Medicare Advantage and D-SNP plan sales
- Previous outbound sales experience preferred
- Must have current carrier releases (e.g., Aetna, UHC) or be able to obtain them prior to training
- Strong communication, confidence, and self-motivation
- Ethernet internet connection required
