About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to help scale our rapidly growing teams across Product, GTM, Legal, Finance, and Operations. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of functions and partner directly with hiring managers to craft recruiting strategies, define role requirements, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You will play a key role in attracting high-caliber talent that helps shape Parafin's next chapter of growth.
While this role will support hiring across multiple functions, we are particularly interested in candidates with a track record of hiring exceptional Product Managers at high-growth tech companies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own and execute the end-to-end recruiting process for non-technical roles, with a focus on Product Management, GTM, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
Serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers: define role scopes, calibrate profiles, and provide data-driven hiring recommendations.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and creative outreach strategies.
Champion an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, thoughtful engagement, and a high-touch process.
Continuously analyze recruiting performance data to identify areas of opportunity and drive operational improvements.
Act as a trusted advisor by sharing relevant market trends and talent insights to influence hiring decisions.
Represent Parafin's values and mission at networking events, conferences, and external forums.
What We're Looking For:
~5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in hiring for non-technical roles, particularly Product Management.
~ Demonstrated ability to successfully recruit across multiple G&A and GTM functions in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
~ Strong relationship builder with the ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
~ Experience with sourcing tools like GEM, and applicant tracking systems (preferably Ashby).
~ Skilled in crafting compelling outreach, calibrating role requirements, and influencing hiring decisions through data and insight.
~ Organized, adaptable, and energized by ambiguity and ownership.
~ Passionate about Parafin's mission and motivated by the opportunity to help small businesses thrive.
