Amazon Seller Assistant is a strategic initiative that takes a GenAI-first approach to reimagine Seller experience. Amazon Seller Assistant is a multi-agent system that helps sellers launch, manage, and grow their business on Amazon with utmost ease. Seller Assistant enables Sellers with a wide variety of agentic capabilities including optimizing product listing, managing inventory, optimizing supply chain, managing regulatory compliance needs, executing business growth strategies, and much more.

Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Amazon Seller Assistant to join a team of innovative scientists, engineers, product managers, and program managers. The Senior TPM will be responsible for driving several key initiatives designed to deliver GenAI-powered agentic capabilities to Sellers. The Senior TPM will ensure that the team has the right operational stride to deliver on key, strategic goals that have cross-functional and cross-team impact. They will disambiguate complex requirements, driving clarity, build consensus, and help define architectural strategies. They will oversee day-to-day execution while constantly looking around the corners to identify and mitigate hurdles pre-emptively.

Seller Experience Innovation (SEI) team is focused on delivering next generation, GenAI-powered, agentic capabilities to empower Amazon's Selling Partners to succeed. We strive to radically simplify the Seller experience and make selling on Amazon delightful and friction-free.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in software development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
