You have a deep understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and digital trends. You can seamlessly adapt your writing to a variety of formats, from website copy and product narratives to campaigns and UX content. You’ll collaborate with designers. strategists, and developers to ensure content is not only effective but also enhances the overall user experience. What You’ll Do Write compelling copy for websites, digital campaigns, UX interfaces, social media, and marketing materials Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact Develop messaging frameworks and guidelines to ensure cohesive brand communication Craft narratives that strengthen brand identity and customer engagement Work closely with designers. strategists, and developers to create content that enhances digital experiences Present concepts and content strategies to clients and internal teams Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality execution Stay ahead of content trends, digital storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies Conduct competitive and audience research to inform content strategies Ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices and accessibility guidelines What We’re Looking For A seasoned writer with 5+ years of experience in digital content creation, copywriting, or content strategy at a digital agency A master of storytelling with the ability to craft narratives that engage and inspire A strategic thinker who understands how content fits into broader business and marketing goals A detail-oriented editor with a strong command of grammar, style, and tone A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment A problem solver who can think creatively and adapt writing to different audiences and platforms Proficient in content management systems, SEO principles and digital content best practices What’s In It for You POP offers competitive compensation and full benefits. The starting salary for this role is between $90,000 and $105,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the Total Rewards we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description and located in Seattle. As a company, we have a location-based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
