Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Roofing Contractor in the greater Fort Pierce, FL area who is seeking an experienced Service Sales Manager (SSM) to join their team.

Title: Service Sales Manager (Commercial/Residential Roofing)

As the Service Sales Manager , you'll be the primary point of contact between customers and our company. You will be responsible for managing leads, conducting inspections, preparing estimates, and selling service and maintenance work. You'll also coordinate scheduling with the Service Coordinator and ensure our service techs are set up for success. From initial contact through project completion, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while working closely with both the commercial and residential sales and production teams to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads and generate new opportunities through Networking and Business Events (Home Shows, Chamber Events, and Professional Memberships)
• Identify and sell roof repair, maintenance and inspection services
• Provide detailed estimates and explain products, warranties, and services to residential and commercial clients.
• Assist customers with financing processes when applicable
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate job completion
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Follow up after job completion to ensure customer satisfaction and collect reviews/referrals
• Use CRM software (e.g., JobNimbus) to manage leads, notes, and follow-ups
• Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Manage and support our service technicians in the field

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience
• Previous experience in roofing sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing roof inspections (training provided if needed)
• Tech-savvy and organized; experience with Job Nimbus or similar CRM is a plus
• Valid driver's license -lean Driving Record (Insurable)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-minded
