Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to support our non-direct material inventory and operations.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely receipt of materials, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting the overall efficiency of our supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately receive and process materials and services in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain proof of delivery when packing slips are not provided.
• Support materials-related projects and assignments as required.
• Prepare and compile reports as needed, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Perform various administrative tasks for the materials department, including invoice receiving, maintaining electronic files, and document organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a receiving or inventory-related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of best practices in record keeping and documentation.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
