Job Description

Bulk Build is a Bay Area-based materials supply company, backed by AlphaX RE Capital , providing building materials to local builders and construction projects. We are currently looking for a Site Materials Coordinator to join our team. This role is key in managing on-site material needs and coordinating closely with our materials department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery and distribution of materials to construction sites
• Track and manage on-site material usage and requirements
• Communicate with the internal materials department to ensure timely supply
• Visit job sites regularly and support ongoing construction schedules

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction or site work is preferred
• Reliable, quick to respond, and highly responsible
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Must have a car and be willing to travel to job sites across the Bay Area

Work Location: Cupertino (Foothill), with travel to project sites

Compensation: Competitive pay, negotiable based on experience
