Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's requirements.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, utilizing appropriate strategies and tools.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust plans as needed based on data and feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid California state licensure as an SLP.
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a school setting.
• Strong munication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Proficient in using digital tools for assessments and teletherapy, if applicable.
