What you'll doThe Sr. Director, Employee Relations at Docusign will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of employee relations strategies and programs. The goal of these initiatives is to cultivate a positive work environment, ensure adherence to labor laws, and uphold Docusign's mission and values. This position calls for a seasoned professional with significant experience in employee relations, ideally within large technology or SaaS companies.
The Director will collaborate closely with HR leadership, legal counsel, and global business leaders. Their work will involve addressing complex employee issues, driving initiatives to boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness, and mitigating operational and organizational risk through top-tier employee relations standards. They will approach employee relations issues with objectivity and balance, demonstrating sensitivity to employee complaints while also aligning with Docusign's high-performance culture, expectations, and company policies.
As the leader of the Employee Relations team, you'll foster an inclusive environment where all voices are valued and heard. You'll encourage respectful debate and the understanding of diverse perspectives, while developing and supporting a strong team of facilitators, coaches, culture-stewards, and problem-solvers.
This is a people management role that reports to the VP, People Strategy, Systems & Compliance.
Responsibility
Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $202,800.00 - $327,625.00 base salary
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $193,100.00 - $272,750.00 base salary
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $193,100.00 - $286,500.00 base salary
Washington DC: $202,800.00 - $286,500.00 base salary
Ohio: $174,400.00 - $246,325.00 base salary
