Job Title: Transportation Driver – Non-Emergency Medical & Community Shuttle
Location: Greater Sacramento Area
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Split Shifts Available

Position Overview:
We are seeking professional and compassionate Transportation Drivers to join our team in the Greater Sacramento Area . This position is ideal for retirees, semi-retired individuals , or anyone seeking supplemental income with a dependable weekday schedule .
Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely transportation of seniors and individuals with mobility needs to adult day programs, medical appointments, and community service sites. Company vehicles are provided, and all routes operate Monday through Friday , with a split-shift schedule allowing for flexibility in your day.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients to and from their destinations
Offer assistance to passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, as needed
Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicle
Maintain accurate mileage and time logs
Communicate professionally with dispatch, passengers, and program staff
Report incidents or delays promptly and accurately
Required Qualifications:
Valid California Driver’s License
Valid Commercial Driver’s Permit (CDU)
Clean driving record
Must pass VDDP background clearance (mandatory for program compliance)
Ability to assist passengers with mobility devices (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs)
Excellent time management and reliability
Comfortable working split shifts (approx. 7:00 AM–10:00 AM & 2:00 PM–5:00 PM)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with non-emergency medical or senior transportation
CPR/First Aid certified
Familiarity with Sacramento and surrounding areas
Patience, compassion, and a strong sense of customer service
