Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Wood Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of wood finishing, including spraying, staining, sealing, sanding, prepping, and working with veneers and paint. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes that meet our production and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and cleaning.

• Apply stains, sealers, lacquers, and topcoats using spray equipment or by hand.

• Match colors and finishes to project specifications or customer requirements.

• Work with wood veneer and painted surfaces with precision and care.

• Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality and consistency.

• Maintain finishing tools, spray booths, and related equipment.

• Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in professional wood finishing.

• Proficiency in spraying, staining, sealing, sanding, prepping , and veneer/paint finishing .

• Strong attention to detail and ability to match colors and tones accurately.

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, or finish samples.

• Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of finishing materials and chemicals.

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in a standing position for extended periods.
