Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL for a Corporate Manager, Global Housekeeping Operations. The role involves overseeing housekeeping operations on a global scale, managing laundry services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and enhancing communication among teams. Responsibilities include overseeing global housekeeping and laundry operations, supervising a corporate traveling team of leaders, implementing standard operating procedures, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A well organized, mature and experienced hospitality professional
  • A polished concise communication style is requisite.
  • Flexibility, intelligence and strong problem solving skills.
  • Experienced oversight of multiple units within the hospitality industry preferred.
  • a CV demonstrating tenure and consistent promotions to roles with increasing responsibility
  • Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management in the hospitality industry
  • Strong drive, ambition and attention to detail and team collaboration skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in Laundry operations and management is not 100% necessary, if the applicant possesses the above qualifications
